Dr. Klarsfeld did an amazing job walking me through the septoplasty process and did an amazing job making me able to breathe again

Everyone at Advanced Specialty Care from check-in/check-out personnel to nurses and Dr. Jay Klarsfeld are beyond awesome. I had to have 2 separate nasal procedures with many follow up appointments and am very happy I chose this practice and highly recommend them.

In 2022 , I had an MRI of my brain. The results were negative, but unexpectedly showed a growth both at the base of my tongue and on my thyroid. I had my results sent to my ENT, Dr. J. Klarsfeld. Puzzled by this, , he ordered a series of tests, including Ultrasound and biopsies of both growths. It was through Dr Klarsfeld’s determination and perseverance that I was diagnosed with an ectopic thyroid …a very rare occurrence that begins in utero. I am forever grateful to Dr. Klarsfeld for his persistence in finding this diagnosis and has my utmost respect for his dedication and compassion to his patients. I highly recommend him.

Smart, friendly, and knowledgeable, I got the impression that he actually listened to me and did not just come up with snap easy answers. What more, his answer is not to simply add more medications and/or procedures, but rather review some of the treatments I am on and determining if they are really needed. I first came into Dr. Klarsfeld’s office with about 80% of my left septum blocked due to it being deviated. Since day one I’ve been shown nothing but absolute professionalism & respect from him & his team. Dr. Klarsfeld performed my septoplasty on 9/17 and ever since my life has changed for the better. Pre surgery my breathing was being affected negatively during exercise, sleep, and it was hindering my everyday life. Thanks to Dr. Klarsfeld & his wonderful team I can breathe again through my nose with 0 issues. For the people out there that need any sort of ENT help, I 100% recommend seeing Dr. Klarsfeld. He is the best doctor I’ll ever meet by far and I will never forget how he changed my life.

Had my tonsils and adenoids removed by Dr. Klarsfeld in early May. Great experience and I feel great just a little over a month post op.

Dr. Klarsfeld was great and a pleasure to have as an ENT doctor. He’s very personable and caring. I had Deviated septum surgery and it went smoothly. I followed his post surgery instructions and healed quickly. If you need an ENT doctor, I would recommend you call him.

For years my daughter has struggled wuth chronic ear infections and ear pain, as well as severe sleep apnea and asthmatic tendencies. Once we got Dr.Klarsfeld, he wanted to get to the cause of the issues rather than just medicating the symptoms. He knew just what to do and sent us for a sleep study, then performed a tonsillectomy, and Mt daughters health has never been better. She now sleeps soundly through the night and has not had an ear infection sense. 5/5 stars, definitely recommend Dr.Klarsfeld’s professionalism and expertise to anyone in need.

I was suffering for years with debilitating sinus headaches. Dr Klarsfeld diagnosed me as having polyps and scar tissue in my sinuses. He removed them surgically and I feel like a new person now that I am no longer in chronic pain. Everyone in the office is professional and friendly, I highly recommend Dr Klarsfeld and his staff.

I had a deviated septum repaired by Dr. Klarsfeld in January 2025. Dr. Klarsfeld did a great job in the operating room, and an equally great job before and after the procedure. He explained in detail what needed to be done and how he was going to do it. He also explained how the recovery was going to go, so I wasn’t worried about potential complications. I appreciated his confidence that I would have a successful outcome, since I was fairly nervous. The result is a dramatic improvement in my breathing. I highly recommend Dr. Klarsfeld for any ENT related problems.

Dr Klarsfeld did a fantastic job on my son’s nasal problem. His diagnosis was spot on. Our insurance was not so cooperative in agreeing that surgery was required. They denied the doctor’s request for approval and insisted that my son go through additional rounds of taking antibiotics and other treatments that did not work. Dr Klarsfeld was finally able to get the insurance approval and now my son is no longer suffering as he was for years. Thank you Dr Klarsfeld!!
