Appointments: To provide high quality and efficient care, we must work within an appointment schedule. The receptionist is available daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM for scheduling. Please provide enough information about the nature of your problem so that we allow enough time for your visit. We make every effort to honor all time commitments and do our best to see you at the time of your appointment. Occasionally, surgery or an emergency may cause an unexpected and unavoidable delay, so please bear with us. In fairness to other patients and the doctor, we request at least 24 hours notice to cancel appointments. Practice Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM Fees & Charges: We accept most insurance plans. Please check if yours is one of them when you schedule your appointment. If you are in a plan that requires you to have a referral, please bring the referral with you or have it sent to us by your PCP. Please bring your insurance card with you for your visit as it has helpful information our billing department often needs. Co-payments are due at the time of service. For patients who have no insurance, we must request payment at the time of your visit. We do accept most major credit cards.

Prescription Refills: If you need a prescription refilled please call the office during normal working hours (Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm). This is the best time to call unless it's an emergency as your doctor is more likely to be available and your chart will also be available. With certain refills prudent medical care demands an office visit for reassessment of your problem. There is always a doctor on call who can help you in an emergency.
